Welcome to the living room of the apartment with its light parquet floor. There you will find a comfortable foldout sofa where an additional pair could sleep, an armchair, a small table on the rolls and a modern  SHARP TV together with the CD and DVD player as well as book shelves with books in three languages.

We are also offering an electric heating body which you can move from room to room.

In the bedroom also with the light parquet floor there is a double bed with two bed cabinets and an armoire with bed-linen.

A modern, light fitted kitchen equipped with dishes and ovenware, coffee machine as well as a big refrigerator with a freezer and a table for four persons. Enjoy your meals!

Bathroom

The bathroom and the toilet have new, modern sanitary facilities and a washing machine (western European production). We have warm water the whole year through which is not always the case in St.Petersburg.

On the corner you will find a big pastry shop with a cafe and the famous restaurant "Troika" (Zagorodny Ave., 27/21) representing Russian cuisine with the attached cafe which offers a business lunch at reasonable prices. 
Other neighboring places to eat are as follows: restaurant"Rossi's Club" (Zodchego Rossi St., 1/3), Russian cuisine restaurant "Onegin" (Sadovaya St., 11); Two Japanese cuisine restaurants such as "Fudzhiyama" (Razyezzhaya St., 19) and "Yakitoria" (Ostrovskogo Square, 5/7); Two fast-food restaurants – "McDonalds" (Zagorodny Ave., 45 A) and "U Teschi na Blinah" offering Russian fast food (Zagorodny Ave., 18/2); the art-bar "Dostoevsky" with tasty food and live music (Vladimirsky Ave., 15), etc.
