Prices for the apartment

Main Season:

(May, June, July, August and from Dec 24 to Jan 6 of each year).

* EUR 85,00 per night for 1-2 persons
* For the 3 rd and 4th person EUR 10,00 each.

Low Season (the rest of the year)

* EUR 70,00 per night for 1-2 persons
* For the 3 rd and 4th person EUR 5,00 each.

Monthly

* For a long term rent please ask for the price in each case.

Invitation for a visa

1 - 14 days: EUR 35,00 (including the registration in St.Petersburg).

More than 14 days: EUR 45,00 (including the registration in St.Petersburg).

If the child is registered in your traveller´s passport - EUR 15,00 each additionally.

You will receive the invitation via fax. The original per post costs EUR 5,00 additionally.

Transfer to the apartment

From the airport: EUR 30,00.

To the airport: EUR 30,00.

From the Moskovsky railway station: EUR 15,00.
From other railway stations farther from the apartment EUR 20,00.

Cleaning service (additional)

EUR 20,00 per cleaning.
